La Cueva de Nerja tiene tiene una superficie de unos 140.000 metros cuadrados y una longitud de 700 metros. Está situada sobre un altozano 200 metros sobre el nivel del mar y a 750 metros del la costa en la denominada Sierra de Almijara.

El 11 de enero de 1959 fue descubierta por unos jóvenes de la localidad de Maro cuando iban a cazar murciélagos en un pozo llamado La Mina. Cuando pudieron acceder a la cueva encontraron restos arqueológicos.

A la Cueva de Nerja también se la llama la Catedral natural de la Costa del Sol, al estar situada en esta zona turística en la provincia de Málaga.

Lo más impresionante de la Cueva de Nerja es una gran columna de piedra de 45 metros de altura, 20 metros de diámetro y 64 metros de perímetro, esta culumna es la mayor del mundo y está situada en la Sala del Cataclismo.

Además de la Sala del Cataclismo existen otras tres salas visitables por el público en general y otras 4 salas más no pueden ser visitadas. La parte visitable por el público es solo un tercio del total de la superficie de la Cueva de Nerja. Todas ellas cuenta con impresionantes estalactitas y estalagmitas y algunas de ellas con pinturas rupestres.

Dentro de la cueva en el mes de Julio se realiza un Festival Internacional de Música y Danza.

El Jardín Botánico La Concepción se encuentra en las afueras de la ciudad de Málaga y fué creado por Jorge Loring Oyarzabal y Amalia Heredia Livermore en 1850. Se trata de un jardín de estilo inglés que cuenta con más de 5000 plantas de unas 500 especies tropicales y subtropicales, sobre todo palmeras.

Este Jardín Botánico está formado por dos espacios principales, el Jardín Antiguo con más de 150 años de historia y ejemplares de árboles monumentales y el Jardín Moderno que ha sido creado en por el Ayuntamiento de Malaga desde que adquirió el Jardín en 1990.

El Paraje Natural Torcal de Antequera se encuentra en la provincia de Málaga, comunidad de Andalucía, a unos 14 km de la localidad de Antequera. Se trata de una formación Kárstica en la cumbre de una montaña y tiene una extensión de 11 kilometros cuadrados.
